SmartKalk Forespørsel er et effektivt hjelpemiddel for utsendelse og innhenting av underentrepriser.

SmartKalk Forespørsel er et svært nyttig verktøy for foretak som leier arbeidskraft i forbindelse med gjennomføring av byggeprosjekter, og som over tid har tilegnet seg mange samarbeidspartnere. Denne modulen er integrert med kontaktregisteret, og vil bidra til at utsending av forespørsler blir utført raskt og effektivt.

Med modulen SmartKalk Forespørsel kan du:

effektivt innhente underentrepriser og foreta nøyaktige evalueringer av priser
sende ut forespørsler på Excel eller NS3459 format
lage egne maler for følgebrev

Gir deg mulighet til automatisk overføring fra BIM (Bygnings Informasjons Modellering) til kalkyle og en 3D-visualisering i kalkyleprosessen.

Med SmartKalk IFC-modul kan du:

generere kalkyler basert på eksisterende modeller av et bygg
se 3D-visualisering av modellen og få kalkulasjonsobjekter du jobber med markert i modellen
bruke DDS-CAD ByggMester, ArchiCad eller for eksempel Revit sammen med SmartKalk.

This is a really useful tool for enterprises which hire in labour in connection with construction projects, and which have established links with many business partners over time. This module is integrated with the contacts database and helps to ensure that enquiries are submitted swiftly and efficiently.

With this module you may:

efficiently obtain prices from subcontractors and evaluate prices precisely
send out requests for quotes in Excel or NS3459 format
create custom templates for covering letters.

Enables automatic transfer from BIM (Building Information Modelling) for estimating and 3D visualisation during the estimating process.

This module (which supports both IFC4 and IFC2x3) enables you to:

generate estimates based on existing models of a building
see a 3D visualisation of the model and have estimate objects you are working on highlighted in the model
use DDS-CAD ByggMester, ArchiCad or Revit, for example, with SmartKalk.
